Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
Ensure compliance with statutory deductions (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS).
Maintain up-to-date payroll records and employee information (e.g., salary, allowances, deductions).
Salary & Compensation
Handle salary adjustments, bonuses, and other compensation-related matters.
Ensure timely payment of salaries, claims, and other benefits.
Leave & Attendance Management
Coordinate with relevant departments to verify attendance and leave records.
Update payroll accordingly for unpaid leave, overtime, and absences.
Reporting & Documentation
Generate monthly payroll reports for management and finance.
Maintain confidentiality and proper filing of payroll documents and employee records.
Compliance & Audits
Ensure payroll processes comply with labor laws and company policies.
Assist with internal and external payroll audits when required.
Employee Queries
Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
