Job Description

- Position Title: HR Executive
- Working Location: Senoko
- Working Hours: 5 days, with occasional Saturdays (Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri, 8 am \xe2\x80\x93 5 pm; Sat 8 am \xe2\x80\x93 12 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $5,000 + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Handle payroll functions and ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payrolls.
- Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal regulations.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding process.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Manage employee data, records, and reports for HR projects and initiatives.
- Assist in other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
- At least 2 years of relevant HR experience specifically in the F&B industry.
- Minimum Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration or any related field.
- Knowledge of MOM regulations and experience in handling work pass applications.
