JOB DESCRIPTION



1. Payroll Monthly Salary Calculation for Office Employees, Foreign Workers, and Contractors.

2. Monthly Key-in Submission Of EPF, SOCSO, EIS...

3. Annual Leave Listing, Interview from Listing.

4. Prepare an Offer Letter and get information from the boss

5. Prepare Form Personal Information + Print IC and related documents from new employees

6. Prepare a Conformation Letter for Staff after 3 months

7. Contact with Owner or Agent for the Sewa Pekerja - Agreement, Send the payment slip every month and refund the deposit on last month

8. Subcon/ Foreign Workers Passport & Permit need to be taken with them or from the supervisor for record

9. Send Salary bank slips & attachments to employees/ Foreign Workers

10. Renew passport / permit Subcon

11. Preparing documents Iso

Working Experiences:



Minimum

2 year

in Human Resources experience or related fields.

Academic:



Minimum

Degree

In Human Resources or related fields

Applicable Skill & Knowledge:



1. Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

2. Language (Chinese, Malay, English)

3. Knowledge of salary calculation and procedure for recruitment and termination of local and foreign workers.

4. Knowledge of handling foreigner worker procedure or Expertise in AKTA Pekerja 1955

Working Hours :

08:15 am - 06:00 pm

Break Time :

12:30 pm - 01:30 pm

Working Days :

Monday to Friday (5 days)
