What You'll Be Up To

Be the People Pulse Keeper-- help implement HR strategies that keep our team happy, motivated, and aligned with the property's goals. Champion

Learning & Development

-- identify training needs, organize learning sessions, and support our team in becoming the best versions of themselves. Keep tabs on performance -- support managers with appraisal processes that are fair, motivating, and growth-oriented. Be the HR Buddy-- handle compensation, leave, perks, and ensure everyone knows what they're entitled to. Promote a work culture that's as vibrant as our HARRIS colors -- inclusive, respectful, and filled with positive vibes. Keep us out of trouble -- ensure everything that you do comply with Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices. Ready to lend a hand in anything from recruitment to exit interviews. You are The One If You:

Hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or something related -- basically, you know your HR stuff. Have

1+ years' experience

in HR (bonus if it's in hotels or hospitality -- we're a lively bunch). Are curious about how people learn and grow -- and want to play a part in making it happen. Know employment laws, apt in systems, and maybe even have a secret talent for Excel spreadsheets. Speak both English and Bahasa Malaysia like a pro. Communicate with heart.
