Working hours:


Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

:

a) To assist the full cycle of recruitment processes including job advertisement, sourcing candidate, conducting interview, issuance of offer letter and email communication on new joiner.

b) To conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

c) To ensure compliance with labour and statutory bodies (EPF, SOCSO, EIS & Income Tax) regulations.

d) To process Company payroll by gathering, calculating, and inputting data into the system on every pay period.

e) To ensure salary, overtime, allowances, bonus and statutory payments accurate and prompt as per pay period.

f) To performs human resource operation duties including personnel data administration, organization data maintenance, leave management and process monthly claims reimbursement payment via the system.

g) To handle Employee movement activities including issuance of letter (confirmation, secondment, promotion, salary adjustment, bonus, acceptance of resignation, etc) as per the Management approval.

h) To maintain and update Employee records / database and ensure proper filing system on related documentation in the personal file.

i) To prepare monthly reports on human resource related matter.

j) To conduct the performance management system process, to set individual goals, to ensure line managers complete performance review on time and provide advice in relation to Employee performance level.

k) To handle on learning and development for Employee in the implementation of identified training courses as per the approved training budget by the Management.

l) To attend to Employee grievances, disciplinary issues, counselling and other employee relations issue.

m) To provide guidance to Employee on human resource policies and procedures; to ensure compliance and promote a harmonious workplace.

n) To perform ad hoc assignment as and when required by the Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
