About the Role



We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. You will play a key role in managing the full spectrum of human resources activities, supporting both employees and management to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities



1.

Employee Lifecycle Management

- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.

2.

Training & KPI Development

- Identify training needs, coordinate programs, and manage KPIs to drive growth, productivity, and compliance.

3.

Payroll & Benefits Administration

- Process monthly payroll (overtime, allowances, incentives, commissions) and administer employee benefits accurately.

4.

Statutory Compliance

- Manage EPF, SOCSO and PCB submissions.

5.

Attendance & Leave Management

- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and maintain accurate HR databases and reports.

6.

HR Documentation & Policy Implementation

- Prepare HR-related documents, memos, and communicate newly implemented company rules and regulations.

7.

Employee Relations

- Act as point of contact for staff inquiries, foster a positive workplace culture, and address issues effectively.

8.

Regulatory Compliance

- Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure adherence to Malaysian labour laws.

Key Qualifications



-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates with strong interest in HR are welcome to apply. Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices. Experience with SQL is an added advantage. Proficiency in English or Mandarin preferred, to facilitate communication with diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
