We are looking for a dedicated HR professional to help us build strong teams, support staff development, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Handle HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, staff records, and ensure any letter in regards to the employees are prepared in a timely manner.
Support training and development programs (including certification processes).
Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Assist in employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including labour laws.
Work closely with management to support business growth and workforce planning.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration, Business Management or equivalent.
At least 1 years of working experience in HR-related roles.
Proficiency in both Mandarin and English.
Experience with Payroll/HRIS systems (e.g., AutoCount, SQL Payroll) is an added advantage.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
