Oversee full HR functions: recruitment, employee relations,.
Develop and implement HR policies, Department KPIs, procedures, and manpower planning.
Review and ensure compliance with HR and administrative policies and procedures.
Advise management on disciplinary issues, grievances, and employee matters as per labor laws.
Requirements
Candidates with previous experience in Human Resource background are encouraged to apply. A commanding person with a very strong work ethic is needed.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
