Oversee full HR functions: recruitment, payroll, employee relations, training, safety, and benefits.
Develop and implement HR policies, Department KPI, procedures, and manpower planning.
Analyze compensation trends using data tools for salary, pay equity, and talent retention.
Manage executive compensation packages (salary, bonuses, etc.) while meeting governance and shareholder requirements.
Review and ensure compliance with HR and administrative policies and procedures.
Advise management on disciplinary issues, grievances, and employee matters as per labor laws.
Handle daily HR operations and additional tasks assigned by management.
Collaborate with managers to address competency gaps and develop training programs.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in establishing company policies and setting KPIs for all departments is required.
A Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's, or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
