Responsible to manage full spectrum of Human Resources & Admin functions to formulate policies, programs and HR activities, related to recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits management, payroll administrations, performance management, training & development, employee engagement and etc.
To assist in General Human Resources functions and General office administration.
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., Conduct orientation training for new staff and factory workers, assist in checking leave application, coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions, assisting in recruitment process which includes preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting candidates and etc.).
Ensure compliance of Labour Act, Industrial Relation Act, Income Tax Act, EPF Act, Socso Act, HRDF, Local authority requirements.
Liaise with HODs and Line Managers in planning, executing and organizing training programmes based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
To perform special task/projects/assignments or any other work given by The Management/ immediate superior as and when required.
DETAILED JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Human
With Diploma or equivalent with minimum 1-year related experience.
Well equipped with the fundamental of HR knowledge.
Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Malay will be taken as a bonus point.
Possess excellent oral, written and personal communication skills.
Proficient in computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office applications
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
