Job description Perform full cycle of recruitment including job advertising, screening, interview arrangement and conducting reference check if required. Prepare recruitment related report including platform use, number of interview arrangement and successful hiring. Collaborate with superior on a regular basis for future hiring needs. Handling monthly payroll (include EPF, SOCSO-ACR & EIS, PCB submission) and including salary distribution. To ensure proper documentation handle in a most confidential manner. Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including compensation, benefits and leave; disciplinary matters and investigation; performance and talent management; recognition and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development. Ensure that all HR related policies and procedures are adhered to and aligned with the HR policies and procedures. Monitor an appropriate system of performance assessment relating to staff work objectives & KPIs. Plan and handling company program. Maintain and update staff information on HRIS system JOB REQUIREMENTS: Diploma/ Degree holder in Human Resource Management with at least 3 years\' experience in the related field. Detail oriented, good interpersonal skills and good in Employment Act 1955. High integrity, cheerful, friendly and good in time management Knowledge of INFOTECH System would be an added advantage Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English Good in business writing and Microsoft applications Able to start work on MARCH 2023.
