A minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.\xe2\x80\x8b
Possess a good working knowledge of trend and practices including human resource management, training and development, compensation, HR information system, labour law, etc.\xe2\x80\x8b
Familiar with Microsoft Office, Malaysian Employment Act and Foreign Worker Management.\xe2\x80\x8b
Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.\xe2\x80\x8b
Candidate must be proactive, independent, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to multitask and have positive thinking skills.\xe2\x80\x8b

Manage a range of administrative tasks including cleaner work, security, printing & stationery procurement, and other miscellaneous tasks.
Coordinate and oversee daily operation work such as employee evaluations, KPI reviews, recruitment, monthly payroll processing, and letter issuance.
Conduct yearly visits to our branches to audit safety environments, conduct performance evaluations, and address any operational concerns.
Analyze data, prepare reports, and make recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
