Job Description

We are looking for a stable, mature and proactive HR Executive who can take ownership of daily HR operations and support the HR function in recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration for a fast-growing F&B group. This role is perfect for someone who is independent, resourceful and confident in driving HR processes with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring Coordination (Primary Scope)

Manage job postings and candidate screening. Conduct initial phone/virtual interviews. Schedule interviews and update hiring trackers. Collect and verify required documents.
2. Onboarding Coordination

Submit onboarding documents to L12. Coordinate new hire briefings and check-ins. Track probation milestones and outcomes.
3. Food Hygiene Certification (WSQ) Tracking

Monitor certificate validity for new hires. Assist with booking and training reminders. Update certification records.
4. Part-Time Workforce & Timesheet Management

Manage part-timer onboarding files. Track digital timesheets and verify with Ops. Submit payroll data accurately and on time.
5. SOP Documentation & Process Standardization

Document SOPs for:
a. Scheduling & Rostering

b. Leave Application & Approval

c. Onboarding Journey

d. FOH Training Manual

6. Process & Tech Improvements

Research HR best practices in F&B/Retail/Hospitality. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency using tech/automation. Present recommendations to HR Director.
7. HR Administration

Maintain HR files and dashboards. Compile weekly HR reports. Track MCs and lateness.
