Permanent contract Full Time
JOB SCOPES:
  • Able to lead the HR generalist role in the organization in line with business expansion
  • Payroll & Statutory related Processing
  • Prepare letter of offer, confirmation, promotion, termination and contract extension
  • Handle recruitment, manpower planning and documentation processing
  • Assist to arrange and follow up interview sessions
  • Ensure HRDF requirements, Government Policy and Subsidy related are updated & adhered
  • Well verse in Employment Act, Malaysia HR regulations and procedures
  • Assist with employee benefit administration such as leave record, insurance and medical expenses
  • Responsible in maintaining the Human Resource Database and all employees records and files
  • Coordinate travel arrangement for employees
  • Prepare and update daily report
  • Undertake administration duties and ad-hoc assignments as and when assigned from time to time

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resource or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in HR functions in FMCG Retail Industries
  • Excellent in multi-tasking, self-motivated, have good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and business writing skills in English
  • Able to interact with different levels of employees & multitasking
  • Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork
  • Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges
  • Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel when required
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and other relevant software
  • Familiar with the Malaysian Employment Act 1955 would be ADVANTAGES
  • Able to work in Miri, Sarawak (for Non-Mirian housing allowance will be provided)
