Computer literate in Microsoft office Application & Payroll System (Prior experience with QPAY payroll system is preferred).
Proficient in Employment Act, other requirements, procedures, rules and regulations of local authorities.
Good communication and written in English.
Responsibilities
Assisting with day to day efficient operation of the human resources including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, compliance & office administration.
Process payroll using Quick Pay System and ensure timely payroll completion.
Checking overtime claim and prepare monthly payroll summary and overtime report.
Documents preparation and submission for quota application.
Documents preparation and clearance of foreign workers procedure.
Responsible for work permit/employment pass, visa application, special pass, check-out memo, and liaising with immigration officers.
FOMEMA arrangement for a timely check-up.
Handling work permit endorsement and renewal.
Highlighting and handling worker\'s resignations, end of contract, and long leave.
Police report arrangement for runaway and documents preparation as required by Immigration for cancellation of working permit.
