This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Executive at K&C Optical Sdn Bhd located in Ipoh, Perak.
As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources tasks.
Qualifications
Min 1 year experience in managing HR functions and operations
Knowledge of employee relations and HR policies
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,055.13 per month
