About the Role

SHB Malaysia Automotive Appliance Sdn. Bhd., is part of a global group headquartered in China, specializes in the design and manufacture of automotive seating motors for leading car manufacturers worldwide. We are seeking a proactive HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, and training & KPI initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

HR Administration & Recruitment

- Mainly focus with recruitment activities, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth documentation and compliance.

Employee Records & Compliance

- Maintain accurate personnel files, stay updated on labor laws, and ensure HR practices comply with regulations and company policies.

Communication & Employee Relations

- Handle employee communications and support HR matters, including announcements, inquiries, and basic employee relations issues.

Payroll Function

- Handle payroll tasks, including checking attendance, preparing payroll data, and coordinating with finance to ensure timely and accurate salary payments.

Requirements Must-have

At least 1 years' experience in recruitment and HR. At least 1 years' experience in payroll; familiar with Iflexi system is an addvanatges. Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and employment regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and stakeholders).

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
