Job Description

1. Monitoring and maintaining records of annual leave, sick leave and absenteeism for all employees.

2. Preparation and distribution of payroll for all employees.

3. Assist on recruitment plan and conduct interview session.

4. Manage and keep track of permit renewals for all foreign workers, ensuring timely processing and maintaining accurate data records.

5. Stay updated on relevant foreign worker regulations and ensure company compliance.

6. Make FORMEMA arrangements for foreign workers.

7. Assist on conducting Induction Training For New Staff.

8. Performs any other ad hoc tasks as and when required.

Requirement:



? Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management.

? At least 3 to 4 years of working experiences in HR/ Foreign worker management.

? Good knowledge of Labour Laws and legislation such as Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, EPF Act 1951 / 1991, SOCSO Act 1969, etc.

? Good communication and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

? Good team player, self-driven with initiatives to work independently.

? Possess positive attitude, able to multi task, self-motivate, work independently Must possess own transport and able to travel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
