At least 3 years related working experience in related field

Computer literate in Microsoft office Application & Payroll System
Strong numerical skills

Assisting with day to day efficient operation of the human resources
Process payroll using Quick Pay System and ensure timely payroll completion
Maintain and update employees personal information in employee file and payroll system
Checking overtime claim and allowances
Prepare monthly payroll summary and overtime report
Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, Socso and Income Tax
Handling employees\' Socso claims. Preparing related documents for Socso claim & report form to labour department
\xc3\x98 Responsible full spectrum of recruitment activities such as screening, filtering, interview and salary negotiation;
\xc3\x98 In charge in human resource function such as payroll, leave management, staff claims etc;
\xc3\x98 Update and maintain employee personal information;
\xc3\x98 Review and monitor in matters related to staff attendance such as absence and punctuality;
\xc3\x98 Maintain effective filling system and HR records for easy retrieval purpose;
\xc3\x98 Responsible for day-to-day functioning of the Human Resources Department.
\xc3\x98 Conducts staff counselling and manage all Disciplinary issues.
\xc3\x98 To liaise with all external parties and to manage all related Industrial or Labour disputes affecting the Organization.
\xc3\x98 Develops employment policies in accordance with company culture while ensuring their legal compliance.
\xc3\x98 To source for potential candidates for all vacancies and to coordinate & manage all interviews and hiring for the Organization
\xc3\x98 Organizes team building, annual dinner and other career/recruitment events/functions.
\xc3\x98 Prepare and maintain documents, records, files and reports to company\'s HR requirement and practice
\xc3\x98 Prepare memos, letters and other documents
\xc3\x98 Manage the office thumb print system and handle the staff access card with specific access right, keep a good track record or time in/out report
