Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the company's full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, HR operations, and work pass administration. The ideal candidate is analytical, organised, and committed to ensuring smooth HR processes and compliance with company and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Selection
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and ensure timely placement.
Build and maintain a candidate database for future hiring needs.
2. Compensation & Benefits
Administer payroll, benefits, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
Support annual performance review, increment, and bonus exercises.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain and update employee records and HRIS database.
Prepare HR reports and assist in data analysis for management decision-making.
Handle employee relations, confirmation, transfer, and disciplinary matters.
Manage work visa and employment permit applications in line with government regulations.
4. HR Data & Systems
Support HR system enhancement and digitalisation initiatives.
Ability to use SQL for HR data extraction or reporting will be an added advantage.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience covering recruitment, C&B, and HR operations.
Familiar with the Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements.
Experience in handling work visa or employment permit applications is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills with high attention to detail.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
