Job description:
Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, administration, performance management, and employee relations
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and alignment with the company's strategic goals
Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related challenges, proposing solutions to enhance employee engagement and productivity
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
Contribute to the planning and execution of company-wide events, training programs, and employee wellness initiatives
