CORETECH GMC SDN BHD' are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join their team on a contract basis. This role will be pivotal in supporting the company's human resources operations and initiatives. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for a range of generalist HR duties, contributing to the company's strategic goals through effective people management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in HR consulting or generalist HR to further develop their skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing
Providing full-cycle HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
Oversee and manage visa processes for Korean expatriates, including Special Passes and Employment Passes, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.
Manage payroll-related inputs, maintain leave and attendance records, support benefits enrollment, address employee queries, and ensure timely and accurate processing of compensation and benefits
Execute the full spectrum of payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and disbursements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Ensure timely compliance with local statutory payments and government reporting requirements, including Income Tax, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and HRDF
Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Identify and address staffing needs, skill gaps, and training requirements
Contributing to the enhancement of the company's employer brand and employee engagement initiatives
Maintain compliance with ISO 19001 standards, ensuring that HR processes and practices align with quality management system requirements.
Enforce and control the employee relations system to ensure adherence to regulations and the company's code of conduct by addressing and resolving employee issues and grievances.
Coordinate and support the full performance appraisal cycle, including communication and documentation.
Providing HR-related guidance and support to employees at all levels
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, with at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment act and legislation, and HR information systems
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in HR data analysis and report generation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
