  • Good command of written and spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • At least five (5) years of work experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar or related industry.
  • At least Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
  • Good computer skills especially in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • A knowledge of payroll software (TIMESPAY) is an added advantage.
  • Have good knowledge and experience in Malaysia Labor law, Industrial law, regulations and HR best practices.
  • Work with management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically.
  • Good interpersonal communication and leadership skills with a firm, decisive and mature personality.
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Independent, can work with minimum supervision and guidance.
  • Able to multitask, work under pressure, meet deadlines and are well organized.
  • Must be willing to work at SS2, Petaling Jaya.
  • Able to start immediately is an advantage.
  • Report to Directors of the Company.
Job Overview:
  • To lead, manage and optimize the human resources function within the company.
  • Developing talent pipeline and managing various recruitment channels and recruitment resources.
  • Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically.
  • Developing and ensuring compliance with organization policies and procedures.
  • Overseeing and managing the office administration and management functions.
  • Periodically check for legislative changes / update and new trends and develop new policies.
  • Drive positive messages and represent our high-performance culture to amplify our reputation as a great place to work.
  • Good command in Mandarin as job required.
Tanggungjawab
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR strategies, covering but not limited to Recruitment, Reward Management, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement and Employee/Industrial Relations etc.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company\'s long-term goals and objectives.
  • Handle the entire recruitment process including creating job description, job posting, sourcing of candidates, screening, interview arrangement, conducting interview, references checked, job offer, on-boarding and exit management.
  • Recruit qualified middle to senior level talents for the Company through various channels and without using recruitment agencies or headhunting services.
  • Liaise and coordinate with appointed recruitment vendors/agents for foreign workers.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs, facilitate workforce planning and ensure recruiting the right talents within the hiring timeline.
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Ensure the accuracy of the whole payroll processing & completion within the timeline.
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory payments such as EPF, Socso, EIS, PCB, HRD and etc to the respective statutory bodies.
  • Prepare monthly HR report as when required.
  • Handling disciplinary issues, conducting domestic inquiry, staff counselling and other employee\'s relation matters in compliance with local legislations.
  • Prepare HR correspondences/documentation eg: employees\' letter of employment, confirmation, promotion, transfer, disciplinary, memorandum, reports and other employment related letters.
  • Ensure HR records are in proper filing and retrieval system for accurate files, records, reports and confidential correspondence.
  • Manage the employee claim process to ensure policy and limits are adhered to.
  • Ensure compliance of Company Policies in terms of employee benefits and entitlement.
  • Responsible for employees\' company insurance inclusive renewal and claims.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures that comply with applicable laws and regulations, industry standards and internal requirements.
  • Responsible for the staff hostel movement, punishment, spot checks and report to the Management of the facilities maintenance needs informed by staff.
  • Responsible for the staff uniform distribution and inventory of the uniform.
  • Preparing Minutes of meeting when necessary.
  • Coordinating and organizing employee activities and events.
  • Any other ad hoc assignments assigned by the Management from time to time.
