Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee relations & HR administration
Prepare and process monthly payroll, allowances, claims & statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, interview arrangements & onboarding process
Generate official HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips & warning letters
Maintain accurate employee records and HR filing (digital & physical)
Assist in disciplinary actions including investigation, show cause letters, warning letters & domestic inquiry support
Take appropriate disciplinary action against employees violating rules & handle employee grievances professionally
Ensure HR operations comply with Malaysia Labour Law & company policies
Prepare, issue and update HR memos, notices, SOP changes & latest HR information to all staff
Manage foreign worker matters including work permit renewal, FOMEMA, hostel arrangement, passport tracking & immigration compliance
Support HR projects, staff training & employee engagement initiatives
Liaise with government agencies (PERKESO, HRD Corp, LHDN, JTK & other relevant authorities)
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Admin or related field
Minimum 1-3 years HR experience
Familiar with Labour Law & HR practice in Malaysia
Good communication skills in BM & English
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience in the payroll system Smart Touch (V1Soho and MyPay) is an advantage
Able to start work immediately / anytime.
