Responsible for leading managers of the division and indirectly responsible for all employees within the division.
Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic vision.
Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives.
Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit regarding key organizational and management issues.
Work with the company's executive management team to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company.
Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective.
Overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention efforts to attract and develop a diverse and high-performing workforce.
Leading performance management and talent development initiatives, providing coaching and support to managers and employees, including providing guidance and support to managers on performance reviews and disciplinary action
Designing and executing employee engagement programs, ensuring a positive work environment and a strong company culture.
Initiate, plan, review and implement effective HR policies and procedures to ensure HR practices are constantly benchmarked against best practices implemented and to monitor their compliance and effectiveness.
Provide HR guidance on grievances and disciplinary issues.
Drive successor planning initiatives for the HR department, identifying high-potential individuals and implementing development plans to ensure continuity and readiness for key HR roles.
Maintain and improve all HR processes for HR department to function as a strategic arm of the group.
Review, revise, or formulate policies and guidelines, and implement to ensure cost effective for both unionized and non-unionized employee manpower planning and staffing, wage and benefit programs, assure selection and retention of qualified personnel.
Provide HR monthly reports to the Board and Management Committee.

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
Possess a Degree/ Master in Human Resources Management, Business Management or any relevant discipline
Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in managerial capacity
Possess strong leadership skills, interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical and conceptualization and problem solving skills
Good management skills, meticulous, resourceful with the ability to priorities, manage escalation issues and provide resolutions
Strong negotiation skill on union and collective agreement.
Added advantage for candidates with experience in resource based manufacturing sector.
