Responsibilities:
Managing HR policies and procedures.
Handle HR correspondences and staff communications.
Compute monthly payroll and make statutory payments.
Manage job postings, recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
Provides Orientation Training to new recruits.
Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
Administer employee's attendance and leave records.
Manage HRDF Training Claim Submissions.
Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations
Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
Manage employee movement - transfer, promotion, new recruits and separation processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources management or any related field
MUST be fluent in Mandarin (speak & write) to communicate with Chinese expatriates.
Preferably with 2-3 years of experience in HR. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
