Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate training and development programs
Support day-to-day employee relations matters and provide HR guidance
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR compliance with legal requirements
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Support in recruitment and onboarding processes
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1 year of HR experience in a generalist or similar role
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Knowledge of basic local labor laws and HR best practices
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Offices
