Administer day-to-day human resources functions and processes.
Execute recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience.
Manage benefits administration, including payroll processing, enrollments, changes, and responding to employee inquiries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data.
Handle employee relations matters and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
Execute performance review cycles and assist managers with documentation and follow-ups.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and company events.
Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics as required.
Carry out other related tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resources / Business Studies / Administration / Management, or equivalent.
Preferable at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
Responsible, meticulous, good working attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is the preferable.
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
Possess own transport and willing to work in Puchong.
