Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure staff compliance.
Compile and process full payroll cycle part timers and full time promoters - data entry, processing of data, generation of reports and payout (mid-month & end month) for the Group of Companies.
Maintain all staff records with up-to-date information for new joiners, resignations or update/change of information upon verification.
Implement training plans, evaluate training effectiveness and application and update all training records.
Prepare and issue all HR correspondences for letter of appointment, confirmation, discipline letter, etc
Prepare timely HR reports. Analyse, identify and highlight areas of concerns.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and coordination with departments.
Job Requirement:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of HR experience (retail experience is an added advantage).
Experience in payroll software HR 2000 added advantage
