Tanggungjawab Recruitment & Manpower Planning
Collect and analyze manpower requirements, develop and execute recruitment plans.
Handle candidate screening, interview arrangements, and hiring recommendations to ensure job-person fit.
Execute manpower allocation based on organizational structure and job standards.
Training & Development
Develop and implement annual training plans based on business strategy and competency needs.
Conduct training needs assessments, design training programs, arrange trainers, and evaluate training outcomes.
Maintain employee training records and career development files, supporting career progression and talent pipeline development.
Assist in promoting corporate culture and talent growth programs.
Compensation & Performance Management
Participate in annual compensation planning and budgeting.
Design salary structures, evaluate job grades, and implement salary adjustments.
Conduct salary benchmarking and data analysis to maintain competitive compensation.
Assist in developing performance appraisal systems and following up on evaluation results and feedback.
Labor Relations & Compliance
Ensure HR policies, labor contracts, compensation practices, and employee relations comply with local labor laws.
Manage employment contracts, onboarding/offboarding procedures, and personnel records.
Handle employee relations issues, discipline actions, and labor disputes to maintain a positive workplace.
Support internal and external audits to ensure legal compliance.
HR System Development & Optimization
Contribute to strategic HR system enhancement in recruitment, development, and retention.
Assist in developing and improving HR policies, procedures, and standardization.
Analyze labor cost and workforce efficiency data to support decision-making.
Support HRIS/ERP system implementation and improvement.
