Job Description

Responsibilities:



Coordinate with advertising, head hunt and assist in recruitment of employees. Monitoring company vehicle insurance renewal. Staff insurance renewal. Brief on company profile and company regulations for new employee. To encompass man power planning & recruitment. Arranging and review the confirmed employees for the insurance coverage with insurance agent. Government Licenses application. Award application. HR & Admin ISO documentation preparation. Government department affair - survey, statistic report. Employee hand book. To liaise with Labor office & government agencies. To maintain industrial harmony at all the time. To carry out any relevant duties that assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:



Min Degree or equivalent or at least 3 years experience in a similar capacity. Independent to manage all office matters with excellent interpersonal skills. Good command of English both written and spoken communication skills. Computer literate. Awareness of ISO 9001. Able to work independently with min supervision.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
