Job Description

1. Employee Relations & Welfare



Maintain positive employee relations and handle staff inquiries professionally. Manage attendance, leave records, and disciplinary issues in line with company policies. Plan and organize employee engagement activities or events.

2. HR Administration



Prepare and maintain employee records and HR documentation. Assist in payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee information. Update and manage HR databases and personnel files.

3. Training & Development



Identify training needs and arrange internal or external training sessions. Keep track of staff performance and assist in performance appraisal processes.

4. Compliance & Policy



Ensure compliance with labour laws and company regulations. Draft, review, and update HR policies and procedures as needed.

Requirements:



Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or related field. 1-3 years of HR experience (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems. Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
