Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and Malaysian labour laws.
Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
Support employee training and development programs.
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
Administer payroll, compensation, and benefits accurately and on time.
Handle employee relations issues and support effective communication between management and staff.
Manage foreign worker documentation, including permit renewals, agency agreements, and salary matters.
Maintain HR records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Requirements
Proven experience as an
HR Executive
,
HR Officer
, or similar role.
Good knowledge of
Malaysian labour law
and HR best practices.
Proficient in
Mandarin, English, and Malay
(spoken and written).
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
; knowledge of HRMS is an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Diploma or Degree in
Human Resource Management
,
Business Administration
, or related field.
HR certification (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
