Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:



Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.

Handle payroll support, leave tracking, and attendance monitoring.

Support employee engagement initiatives and organize company events.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Act as a liaison between management and employees, handling queries and resolving issues.

Coordinate performance appraisal processes and probation reviews.

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Requirements / Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in fast-paced environment.

Good understanding of labour laws and HR best practises.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Required Skills:



Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Able to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
