Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, strategies, and initiatives that align with the company's overall business objectives and legal requirements.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and other statutory HR obligations.
Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, onboarding, and induction.
Handle matters related to foreign workers, including permit applications, renewals, and ongoing management.
Oversee employee training and development programs, including HRDF-related activities.
Administer monthly payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
Conduct performance appraisals and provide recommendations on bonuses and salary increments.
Collaborate with management, department heads, and employees on feedback, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Monitor employee attendance and manage leave applications.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure employee information is updated in the HR system.
Manage all insurance-related matters for employees.
Prepare and maintain HR documentation.
Perform other ad-hoc duties and participate in organizational projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian Labor Law, foreign worker management, and work pass applications/renewals is highly preferred.
Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
5-day work week.
Work location: Ulu Tiram.
