This role is responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resource functions, including recruitment and hiring, onboarding and training, and administering compensation and benefits. You will handle employee relations, monitor performance management processes, and ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace safety standards. The role also focuses on developing talent, supporting retention initiatives, and contributing to a positive and strong organizational culture.

Skills and Qualification
At least
SPM / Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR functions and Malaysian labor laws.
Computer literate (Microsoft Office, email, HR systems).
Able to maintain confidentiality and handle employee matters professionally.
