Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and staff record management.
Prepare monthly staff attendance, overtime, and payroll processing.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax).
Manage staff leave, discipline, and performance tracking.
Support management in manpower planning, training, and employee relations.
Maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with company standards.
Finance & Administration
Handle daily cash flow, sales reconciliation, and petty cash management.
Prepare and verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and expense summaries.
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and banks when required.
Ensure accurate filing of financial and HR documents.
Support store operations in budgeting and cost control.
Key Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in
Human Resource Management, Accounting, Business Administration
, or related field.
Minimum
2-3 years of working experience
in HR, payroll, or accounting -- preferably in
retail, supermarket, or trading environment
.
Good knowledge of
EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax
, and basic
labour law
.
Familiar with
bookkeeping, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting
.
Proficient in
Microsoft Excel / accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount)
.
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
Able to work
independently and multitask
in a fast-paced retail environment.
Good communication skills
in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
