Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Junior HR or Finance (Korean Speaker) to join the team. This role involves supporting key operational functions within the HR or finance departments, specifically focused on the Korean market.Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities
- Provide HR administrative support by managing employee queries related to policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR data, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and Korean labor laws.
- Serve as a point of contact for Korean employees, providing clear guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with accounts payable and/or receivable functions, including processing invoices and reimbursements for the Korean market.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including account reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Help maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with Korean financial regulations.
- We welcome fresh graduates who are fluent in Korean and English to apply for these positions.
- Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Korean and English (both written and spoken).
- Understanding of HR or finance shared services processes; familiarity with Korean labor or financial regulations is a plus.
