Job Description
The position is responsible for managing all transactional and operational day-to-day HR activities for the Korea entity.
- Delivering HR activities: Provide transactional and operational support, including offering advice on HR processes, and general queries
- Maintaining operational documentation: Keep day-to-day operations documentation accurate.
- Fluency in Korean: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Korean are required as you are required to communicate with Korean stakeholders.
- Educational Background: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 0-3 years experience in HR or related field. Open to fresh graduates who can speak, read and write in Korean
- Interest in HR: A keen interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources and a willingness to learn and grow in the field
