Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Ensure full recruitment cycle, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and selection. Ensure onboarding and orientation programs for new hires run smooth integration.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement

Support employee engagement and well-being initiatives. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
3. Performance Management

Assist in performance appraisal processes and tracking employee performance goals. Support managers in addressing performance or behavioral issues.
4. Compensation & Benefits

Conduct compensation review and benchmarking exercises.
5. Organisation Development

Identify learning and development needs in collaboration with HRBP & Stakeholders
6. HR Policy & Compliance

Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures. Ensure HRSC Maintains accurate employee records and HR documentation.
7. HR Reporting & Systems

Ensure HRSC Prepare HR reports and analytics as required by HOD (e.g., headcount, turnover, leave).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role. Good understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Mandarin speaker and Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
