About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR Administration support to Managers and team members on H.R. related issues including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and Communication & Engagement.
  • Supports the administration and maintenance of Human Resources Information Systems processes and tools.
  • Ensure HR systems and personnel files are updated as required
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policy and assist with sourcing and recruiting required quality and quantity of personnel by advertising, arranging and attending interviews.
  • Liaising with managers on completing the recruitment process.
  • Support line managers on all HR issues within their departments as requested.
  • Assist in the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures relating to service matters. Maintain and update staff files/records.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field and/or equivalent combination of experience; insurance or financial services industry preferred
