Champion internal communication and serve as a liaison between Human Resources, the site departments, and Corporate to ensure consistent internal messaging
Support HRBP as appropriate to assess communication needs for MSB, determine key messages/themes, timing and delivery, and tailor communications for specific audiences.
Develop and implement internal communications strategies, tactics, and materials in alignment with company goals and brand image.
Write, edit, review and publish all communication deliverables to promote Human Resources/ Employee-focused initiatives through multiple channels, including email memo, newsletters and other platforms.
Responsible for Employee Change Management:
Champion and facilitate the change initiatives in driving the people strategy, organizational design, process of transformation, culture and other Employee-focused initiatives and programs.
Develop and implement effective communication plans, including resistance management.
Create and deliver training, engagement plans and coach (where necessary for special cases).
Responsible for Employee Development:
Partner with HRBP as appropriate to assess training needs and implement annual learning and development plan.
Facilitate training request (external) i.e. assist to register for external training.
Develop and implement effective communication plans and may be required to liaise with managers in training nomination.
Monitor the success of the training plan i.e. feedback received.
Responsible for Employee Engagement:
Partner with HRBP as appropriate to create an annual employee engagement plan.
Lead initiaves to increase employee involvement and motivation (via EAP program, fun activities, wellness activities etc).
Conduct employee focus groups and surveys to evaluate effective and efficient engagement programs.
Create an effective communication plan and provide content for various communication vehicles.
Responsible for Employee Experience:
Ensure that employees will have a great experience from onboarding to exit.
Lead initiatives driving improvements (study current processes, streamline and provide recommendations and adapt new changes/improvements) of end-to-end HR services, encompassing every stage of an employee\xe2\x80\x99s experience starting from attraction, recruitment, onboarding, talent development, employee engagement/culture and offboarding.
Responsible for Reporting & HR Analytics:
Prepare and maintain standard and ad hoc reports and queries.
Monthly reporting for management on projects status or on specific HR KPIs\xe2\x80\x99 (headcount, budget, attrition, exit interviews).
Analysing and evaluating data and reports, feeding back the findings to relevant managers and advising on changes and improvements.
Focal points and execute global/local programs and initiatives for MSB (Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei).
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Related Experience:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Human Resources / Business Management or relevant fields with at least 5 years of related experience
Good networking, strong customer focus and relationship building skills
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Good communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to interact at all levels of the organization with diplomacy, confidentiality and professionalism
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Good time management \xe2\x80\x93 which allows you to manage your own time and meet tight deadlines even under time pressure
