Job Description


We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, individual to join the Teradyne Human Resource team. Reporting to the South Asia Human Resource Director based in Singapore, you will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including managing recruitment process, administering and enforcing company policies and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Process work pass applications, renewal and/or cancellations and liaise with Ministry of Manpower for work pass related issues
  • Collaborate with business to drive employee engagement initiatives
  • Undertake tasks around performance management
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic form
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned.
Requirements and skills
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (SAP Successfactor) will be a plus
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
  • BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
  • Mandarin speaking will be a plus
