About the Company

This is an exciting opportunity to work with an established MNC and global leaders in the Chemical industry located in Petaling Jaya. They are looking for a Senior HR Specialist to support and assist end-to-end HR functions including but not limited to HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Mobility and Talent Acquisition. This role will be supporting the growing shared services from hire to retire process.

Job Responsibilities:

• SME on overall company payroll. Process monthly payroll by liaising with outsource vendor to ensure data accuracy and on time payment.
• Upkeep employee information in multiple HCM platform. To ensure all information is updated correctly.
• Responsible for monthly HR reporting these include payroll, people cost and HR KPI.
• Maintain and manage employee benefits i.e. flexi benefits, medical insurance, employee stock purchase plan, staff purchase etc.
• Worked with internal and external stakeholder to manage and maintain foreign talent employment pass.
• Involve in HR process improvement and HR automation project for KL Site.
• Facilitate talent acquisition activities and new joiner induction program by coordinating with different stakeholder from other departments.
• Support and coordinate in employee engagement initiatives i.e. team connect, event etc.
• Manage overall HR PR & PO process. To ensure timely payment to vendors.
• Prepare and propose remuneration by comparing with external market data and internal equity.
• Review existing compensation and benefits which is aligned with market practices for SSC.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resource, Business or equivalent.
• 4 to 5 years of working experience in Human Resources Management/ HR Generalist.
• Well versed in Malaysia employment law and industry standard.
• Experience in working at fast paced working environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Detail oriented and high accuracy.

Remuneration

RM 6,500 - RM 8,000
