Job Description

You shall implement a mature HR information system for our customers. The HRIS executive is a client-facing role with potential prospects leading to an HR consultancy position that satisfies job gratification. Responsibilities:
To plan, scope, document, and implement a Human Capital Management (HCM) solution for our customers
Conduct discovery sessions to determine how to provide a value-added HCM solution to the customer
Provide training and conduct user acceptance tests (UAT) with end-users.
Taking a lead functional role in assignments and building trusted customer relationships
Use of effective change management to control and adhering to project management standards
Work with the Project manager to draft and develop project plan as required
Taking ownership for estimating consulting task level deliverables in project plans
Configuring the HCM platform to meet customer requirements
Handle any other projects or duties as delegated by the Management.

Requirements:
Results-oriented, deadline-driven, and highly organized
The ability to work autonomously in challenging customer environments - taking ownership for challenges and identifying solutions and workarounds
Ability to engage with customers and understand their requirements and propose workarounds.
Experience in an HR role with hands-on experience with human resources metrics.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Prefer familiarity with HR systems and SQL databases.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
