Job Summary:



We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic

HR Intern - Telemarketing Sourcing

to support our recruitment team in identifying and engaging potential candidates through outbound tele-calling. This role is ideal for someone interested in talent acquisition and human resources, with strong communication skills and a people-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates from job portals, databases, or referral lists. Pre-screen candidates by phone to assess basic qualifications, interest level, and availability. Maintain and update candidate information and call logs in internal databases Support the recruitment team in scheduling interviews and follow-ups. Assist in building and maintaining a candidate pipeline for various roles. Provide daily and weekly sourcing reports to the HR team. Promote the company's job opportunities, culture, and employer brand during calls. Collaborate with recruiters to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.

Requirements:



Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Excellent verbal communication skills in Malay required, Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in speaking over the phone. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or recruitment is a plus.

Working Hours:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
