About the Role



We're looking for an HR Intern to support our HR and Admin operations. You'll help with recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee communication, and day-to-day HR tasks. This role suits someone organised, proactive, and eager to learn how HR works in a real business environment.

Key Responsibilities



Schedule interviews and assist with recruitment coordination. Support onboarding preparation for new joiners. Conduct intern check-ins and help engage the intern community. Draft simple internal memos, announcements, and communication materials. Assist in planning company events and internal activities. Take minutes for meetings, training, and webinars. Prepare presentation slides as needed. Verify employee submissions (receipts, MCs, documents). Assist with training administration and documents for business licence renewal.

Requirements



Currently studying HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related fields. Strong coordination and time-management skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented and comfortable with admin tasks. Familiar with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. Basic knowledge of AI tools
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM900.00 per month

Work Location: In person
