Job Summary:


We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support daily human resource operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and employee engagement. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full HR cycle in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in recruitment activities such as job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. Support onboarding processes and prepare new hire documentation. Help coordinate training sessions, employee events, and engagement initiatives. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements:



Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Eager to learn and contribute in a team environment.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
