What would your role look like?

The HR Intern will provide support to the Human Resources department by assisting in various HR functions and gaining practical experience in HR operations.

a) Recruitment Support:

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job listings and reviewing resumes.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates.

b) Onboarding and Orientation:

• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork and orientation activities.

c) Administrative Tasks:

• Handle HR administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, & responding to HR-related inquiries.
• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases as necessary (Prosoft).
• Pantry replenishment.

d) HR Projects:

• Participate in various HR projects, including diversity and inclusion initiatives, policy development, and HR data analysis.

e) Employee Engagement:

• Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
