Job Description
THE CORE JOB:
Talent Acquisition
- Be involved in the recruiting process
- Arrange interviews and communicate professionally with candidates and hiring managers (or relevant personnel)
- Be involved in career fairs
- Create content for the company\'s TikTok account
- Manager and develop company events in order to increase the company\'s branding
- Create a strategy for brand and campaign activities
- Conduct preboarding and onboarding activities
- Assist in Tune Protect employer branding events
- Deliver a full range of events within the time frame
- Develop partnerships with local communities and universities
; Requirements: - MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Undergraduate student majoring in Mass Communication, English Studies, Public Relations, Marketing
- Not camera shy
- Great communication skills (proficient in the English Language)
- Proficient in project management
- Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work in a team and in cross-sectional functioning
